Communicate To Educate

We must start talking about our mental illnesses and do what is necessary for us to be healthy so that the ones coming behind don't feel ashamed or embarrassed to speak on such things. And know that therapy, support groups, retreats, and other healthy self-care are the way of life. Having a slew of amazing healthy everyday self-care practices is the bingo! The good examples to be set has to start with us first.
