May is Mental Health Awareness Month.
Something that so many of are familiar with yet struggles to talk about. And as adults, we see and feel the effects of how not having the proper resources and support at times when needed can negatively impact our adolescence into adulthood that can sometimes lead to turmoil and trauma. This is why extending yourself to young adults is a great way to give back to the community as well as yourself. Not only will it help them with what they need in their healing it will help you too.
